We had a great experience with Robert. He was very helpful. Do to an unforeseen issue on our end we had to cancel our purchase. Robert has Sean, one of their trusted installers to consult us. Sean confirmed an issue with our subfloor which saved us from making a big mistake with our choice of flooring. Unfortunately we weren't about to complete our purchase. I recommend working Robert, he was very patient and helpful.

They have a huge selection of luxury vinyl plank, and we ended up choosing their in-house brand — it looks amazing!
